"Little Joey"In Memory of Little Joey (June 24, 2006 to August 15, 2008): He Couldn't Walk, Yet Loved Life. We miss you Joey.

Little Joey was one of our special needs babies. He suffered from a brain disorder called "Cerebellar Hyperplasia," similar to MS. He never knew he was "different" from other cats, so he'd try to climb steps if allowed to, but would fall down them. He needed around-the-clock supervision and care, but was a blessing to all who knew him.

Please Help Us Help Others Like Him...

From My Foster Home to Your Forever Home:

As I give this small creature over to you, my heart is heavy with a sigh. Do you know I will cry when it is time to say good bye?

On the journey to a forever home, my place is only a stepping stone. Do you know this little one has made my house a home?

The days go by as we share our hearts hoping one day we would find you. So the search is over; it is time to go and we all know it to be true.

This little one will add joy to your life and teach you patience and caring. May you also know all the joys and attributes of sharing.

You will know that it is alright to cry when it is time to say good bye. Today, when my little friend is given to you, my heart will surely sigh.
